Note: Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales are non-refundable unless defective.

Product Condition

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible.

Refund Process

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.

  3. After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through your original payment method.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD transactions, refunds are provided via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) or store credit, as preferred by the customer.

Return Shipping

  • If the refund is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Sports World will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For voluntary exchanges or returns, the customer bears the shipping cost.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Undergarments, socks, mouthguards, or similar personal-use gear.
